What’s the Difference Between Reload Gel and Refuel Gel?
- Reload Gel: Glucose-based, designed for short, high-intensity efforts. Recommended for up to 60g of carbs per hour, or one flask every 75 minutes or more.
- Refuel Gel (Kickstart): Combines glucose and fructose, with caffeine, for multiple transportable carbohydrates, allowing up to 90g of carbs per hour. Ideal for longer endurance events—consume one 3-serve flask every 50 minutes or more.
