This versatile gel can be used as a carb loading tool for the serious and ultra athletes in the lead up to the big day, or by any other athlete who is training or competing in endurance events.

R-Line Reload Gel is your perfect training partner. Just fill the sipper bottle with our affordable 500ml bulk gel and off you go. Use as much or as little as you want, and without the litter.

The sipper bottle is optional. If you just want to carb load, its not needed, and if you are a regular user, you might already have one. This is also the perfect option if you have a running belt.
